Second technical meeting about pair programming and refactoring of existing code. Very nice experience in both interviews

Entrevista
The interview was for a post focusing on back-end with lots of database manipulation. However, the job requirements made it seem like it was a full-stack with more a more front-oriented focus. I found this a bit misleading.

Interview with hiring manager was ok, they would give me examples of functionalities and ask how I would approach implementing them. I liked this part of the interview because it felt very organic, no wrong or right answers.
Technical interview with the team was, at first, similar in approach to the previous one. They also said "no wrong or right answers". However, at some point they started making questions that were more and more specific about db querying and security. The interview was very long so obviously answering the whole battery of questions correctly would have been imposible.

Entrevista
Interview started with a brief call with a recruiter detailing the wikimedia company. I then received a take home assessment, which was pretty straightforward. Later on, I was interviewed by the team lead and an engineer on the search team for which the position was slated.
