I met a representative of the company at my college career fair and gave her my resume. Three weeks later I received a email from the training and development manager asking for an interview. The first interview I had was a phone interview. The interviewer was very friendly and the interview itself was pretty easy with just a few of the tough questions thrown in. The second in person interview was pretty much the same just face to face.
