Entrevista
I was contacted by an internal HR recruiter via LinkedIn. I interviewed with the HR recruiter via teams. Next I interviewed with their Director of Hardware Engineering. Following that I interviewed with two Senior Electrical Engineers and a Program Manager. The process was quite standard in my view. I was invited to come onsite to interview one last time and meet the team in person. I was given a tour of the lab and technology. It was quite a pleasant group of people. In the end I declined because I received another offer that was more appealing to me in terms of the application and location.

I was asked about my knowledge of power electronics and in particular Power Factor Correction circuits.
I was asked to describe my workflow for designing a product from start to finish.
I was asked to explain how I would go about designing a high-power inductor for resonant power conversion.
I was given an example circuit and asked to provide a protection mechanism for over-current and over-voltage.
