I did my homework about the company and its history so I was able to answer the question and articulate how I saw myself fitting in at the organization. I talked about how my previous experience aligns with the position posting. I also had a few skills that I thought would be beneficial to the company and unique to the team I was interviewing with so I made a point to weave them into this and several other questions.
