I interviewed with the vice president of the company. I got the interview through a college recruiting service. We spoke 1 on 1 about my past job experience, software experience, and goals. The interview process took 30 mins.

Multiple rounds in the same day. They take you to lunch and do a jobsite tour. Met with a bunch of different people and it was a really cool interactive experience.

They mostly are interested on how you are as a person. In my experience, the focus a lot on getting to know what I have done (nothing technical). The interview was pretty long but it was nice that they explained a lot about the company, etc.
