Step 1: Coding Assignment
Step 2: First Interview -- this was a phone call, and not too difficult -- it's to see how well you logically solve through a problem.
Step 3: Second Interview -- this was another phone call, and a much harder data structures question. I am not sure how I answered, but it was definitely dynamic programming. Practice with Leetcode or Cracking the Coding Interview.
Step 4: On-site Interview -- they fly you out to Seattle, unless you live there. Several interviews are conducted to see if you fit in the role you are specifically applying for.
Overall, they are very transparent throughout the process and flexible around your time schedule.

I received an online coding challenge via HackerRank. I spent a significant effort making sure it passed the edge cases. I went further, explained the code in comments and refactored it as well. No response. Not even a rejection. I sent a couple follow up emails and still nothing.
Do not waste your time taking this challenge. It's not trivial and they don't even have the courtesy to respond. Spend your time studying or anything else productive.

Coding Challenge, 15 minute phone screen, 2 technical phone interviews, and a final onsite. While the engineers were great to talk to, and the culture seems great, but my recruiter lacked a lot of communication. Can't reveal more information, but it felt like they were telling me lies to stall for time.

Passed the online assessment and had a short conversation with the hr. Not selected to proceed to phone screens. It does not make sense to me since I did pass the online assessment and had a great conversation with the hr but still could not even get a chance to prove my engineering skills by conducting a phone screen. Hope this company would give equal opportunity to everybody who has shown some qualifications of the job in the future.
