Simple process—initial phone interview with the hiring team followed by an onsite with a few back-to-back conversations with senior managers from the team. There is a shadowing component as well.
Great interview process. A few quick interviews and everyone’s super friendly and respectful.
Only issue was the lowball offer. Went into the process being told one number just to be offered a lot less.
I get it, but if you’re going to lowball don’t be over $20k below what was discussed.
Great process. Great communication. Looking forward to joining the team. Easy access for commute. Leadership highly praised. Culture and chemistry sounds great. Top to bottom and straightforward. No GAMES. Does not seem like anything toxic
