My experience interviewing with Whim Hospitality was both incredibly beneficial as well as exceptionally pleasant. The interview interview itself was very intentional and thorough, which I very much appreciated. The individuals that interviewed me were very professional, but also made me feel very comfortable and welcome. They began the interview by explaining to me exactly what their purpose is as a company, how that has led to their success and how they see themselves moving forward as they continue to grow. It was very compelling. It made me realize the importance of setting clear, common values within a company that are meant to share and uphold. This, among many other reasons, is why I believe Whim Hospitality has been able to achieve such reputable success so quickly. They are now one of the most respected companies in the industry. Needless to say, I learned a lot from this interview, and I am very grateful to have been given the opportunity and the experience as a result.
