Interview process was very well thought-out with approx. 4 rounds (all led by different employees) and painted a very transparent picture of what the job experience would look like upon getting hired. I would say that the take home assessment component was the most time consuming part of the process, but it is a necessary exercise to set expectations for challenges ahead and also sets a very realistic knowledge baseline going into the role. Everyone on the team was extremely friendly, informative, and supportive throughout and all of the conversations were enjoyable.

The interview process for the AE role was one of the most well-designed I've been through. My recruiter was awesome, engaged, and informative during the whole process. There were six stages total: recruiter screen, Sales manager intro, a case study, a combined case study review and mock roleplay, a behavioral round, and a final culture conversation. It sounds like a lot but every stage had a clear purpose and built on the last one. Everyone I spoke with was kind, sharp, and genuinely bought in on what Whatnot is building. Come passionate, come with a real point of view, and take each stage of the process seriously.
