I had a lovely phone interview and then interviewed with the hiring manager. She was very nice, but it was more of a conversation than an interview, and I was not asked any questions about my background or qualifications.

Had a call with recruiter and then a 45 min video call with the hiring director. The recruiters were very attentive and responsive, however, the hiring director didn't seem particularly interested in asking about my experience. It seemed they just wanted to chat. I later received an email stating I would be a great culture fit as well as a great candidate for the role, but then a week later was told they recalibrated what they were looking for and did not continue on in the hiring process. That was four months ago and they still have the job posted.
