Very extensive lengthy process for the level interviewing for (6 stages). Spent 5 days working tirelessly on case study response with no chance to present my ideas and no substantial feedback given despite chasing and scheduling a call with the recruiter. It felt exploitative and as though they are looking for new ideas without giving any compensation for 5 days of work. I suggest at least offering a voucher or compensation for the 5 days free labour you're getting off candidates if you aren't going to allow them to present their ideas. Felt rushed off the phone both when they were giving me the news I wasn't progressing as well as when I followed up for feedback. Recruiter was very helpful and friendly until I was no longer of interest to them.

Provided no feedback during or after the interview process. Thought it went well but sent and update that I wasnt what they were looking for without further explanation. Dont reccomend at all.
