The interview process was disappointing and unprofessional. A scheduled call did not take place, and I received a follow-up email the next day stating they had decided to move in a different direction. The lack of communication and coordination demonstrated a disregard for candidates’ time and reflected poorly on the overall process.

The process was a good experience. The prep provided in the interview confirmations helped me feel like I knew what to expect. The interviewers were kind which made it less nerve-racking as well.
