The most senior person in the process asked IQ-type questions, but they had no clue what the operations of the day-to-day job actually entail.
They ended up not having a backbone in front of Sales leadership as a marketing executive.
Medium to tough, some really great question to understand mindset.Great conversation and right expectation setting from the start. 3 rounds for a fresher, last round with HR, competitive salary. best part is learning and enablement.
