Recruiter reached out to schedule phone interview after I applied but the actually phone interview was disappointing. Despite the Recruiter reaching out to schedule, seemed not present in the call and unprepared to answer most of my questions for the interview. It was pretty clear he wasn't interested from the get go and shortly after got a decline. Don't mind a decline just don't want to feel like time was wasted which this felt like it was.
