It took a long time to get hired. You had to pass a skills test at the local job agency then after months of waiting if you were chosen you had to complete 4 or 6 weeks of classes at a community college at night 2 or 4 nights a week. Then you had group interview. It wasn't too hard. Basic questions. I would say to wear a nice pant suit or blue jeans with a nice top. You want to look nice but not to fancy. Once you get inside and start working the job can be very dirty so don't seem to "prissy".

Interview process was straight forward and easily navigated. Went through about four steps and then got turned down unfortunately due ti lack of experience since I am a new grad.
