Entrevista
Initial contact was to complete 3 one way video interview questions each limited to 3 mins long. Next step was 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager. Finally was invited to in person interviews in Seattle HQ. The in person interview consisted of a panel as well as several one-on-one's with people from different business groups along with the hiring manager as well. Panel interview involved presenting a business plan to the group.
It took about an hour overall, and the basic questions of strengths and weaknesses were asked. One question was where I have demonstrated leadership and another dealt with conflict resolution, which in my experience are fairly common managerial questions. No exams or tests were required.

Entrevista
Interview consisted of two panels which had a mix of leadership as well as individual contributors. They were well conducted and quick. I received the offer within 24 hours of completing the interviews.
