Interviewed with VP and President. Very solid but ordinary questions. Friendly interview with both. Took a long time to get offer, almost three months. Pay was good but average. Best chance for raise is promotion.

Three interviews - one with hiring manager, second with hiring manager and peer, last with head of department. Took about two weeks in total, from start to finish, First was rather casual, second more formal/situational, third is also a formality.
