The interview process was seamless. I was located in another state and the company flew me to California to conduct EC level interviews. The questions were typical and situational based.

Very professional. Situational based questions asking for real life experience. Questions cover everything from personal success situations to interpersonal experiences. They give you time to think and present. Come prepared with a success story, a recovery story and an example of contributing to financial growth
