The whole application process consisted of too many stages - application, recorded video interview, 3 IQ tests, 2 online interviews, online team simulation excercise and final online interview. Some of the questions were technical and interesting, while others were associated with the commercial side of things and regulations of the company and so on. I don't see the point of the second type of questions as the position I applied to was technical. Apart from that, the lady asking the commercial questions was quite grumpy.
