The recruitment process was simply terrible. First they would post ads in Jobstreet for positions that were not even open yet. In my case, I applied as a Virtual Project Coordinator. After almost a month, I received a call asking me if I were still interested in pursuing my application. I said yes, was was invited for an interview. When I arrived, the guards directed me to the receptionist who told be that the there were no openings for the said post. (This is the first red flag that I should have noticed.) She then asked me if I was interested in a Customer or Technical Support post. Not wanting to waste my time, I applied for the Technical Post since I more than meet the credentials for it. So I was asked to login to an excel file and was given a form to fill out. One thing I noticed was that the said receptionist also handles former employees who are processing their clearances. (This is the second red flag. The sheer volume of these people should have already tipped me off on the state of the company.) Long story short, I passed the language exam and proceeded with the initial interview. After the interview, the interviewer said that she is endorsing me for a final interview but I would have to wait for another 2 weeks or so because there is NO CLASSES scheduled yet. (This is so weird because why would they initiate hiring if there are no training classes scheduled?) Three weeks later, I received a call from recruitment again asking me about the Virtual Project Coordinator application. I said I was still still interested but I was waiting for the Technical Support post (This is again another red flag that I should not have ignored.) The caller said that he will investigate and would email me back. A day later I received an email confirming 2 things: the reason why I have not received any call for my Technical Support application AND an invitation for an interview for the Virtual Project Coordinator Post. So I went back to their registration hub. Lo and behold, the receptionist told me that I should apply after 3 months because I did not pass the initial interview. I was so aggravated because one-they practically lied to me during my first interview, two - set wrong expectations and and three - totally wasted my time. I have applied for many companies in the past but this company has the absolute worst recruitment process of all.
