You turn your application in online, and once they call you they will set up an interview. When you show up, you basically have the job unless you have awful people skills, there's no back ground check or drug test so don't worry about that just go in smile and tell them you have open availability

Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
