It is a very disorganized and amateur recruitment company I have never experienced ever!! The company hair Japanese people based in Ireland or in the UK. They have never mentioned working hour time, 12 months contract and visa situation on the job description. I got the very first interview with a recurter. I said I do not need a working permit from the company because I have a visa which eligible to work inside the UK. But, they said they can not give me working permission. It is ok if the conversation ends this. However, the company/the recruiter approached again after a month. I said to them I am still interested in the position. They didn't reply to me for a couple of days(this is rude!) and they concluded that they can not give me working permission again!! This is ridiculous and is very unprofessional!! If they were very organized and they did the proper research for Visa, they would not approach me again. Also, they should have searched the visa stuff again before they approached me !! I accused them about this. They excused that they contact a lot of people monthly and it is possilbe to know about the visa. It looks like they hire a lot of foreiners from all over the world. However, they do not any knoleadge about the visa nad they can not research propley. Also, they are not taking any notes for each candidates on their side. That's why they approached me again and we had exactly the same conversation twice. I completely waste my time and energy for this disorganised company. I am glad not to take the job.
