I was applying from out of state and Welltower provided flight, car rental, and lodging. I came in and met with a few people ranging from analyst to VP level. It was well organized and everyone was friendly. Their HR recruiter provided a lot of information about the company and gave me a small tour of the office. The interview process was pretty typical. They ask you to go over your background and resume and then they go over the role and company. Overall a great experience with the people and the campus/headquarter.
