Entrevista
We were brought into the corporate office in San Francisco and had 2 interviews, one group and one, one-on-one. The group portion was not difficult, the one-on-one was a little more challenging but nothing was that difficult.
First step is phone screening. They will ask some basic questions like tell me about yourself, how you provide technical support to a customer, what other languages can you speak, and other behavioral questions.

I applied online and got called two weeks later. It was a simple questionnaire, and then they called me a week later to set up an in-person or virtual interview.

First is an email to schedule a phone call interview with HR. Will get a phone call for second interview. The second one is in person interview in the location.
