The wealth management interview process was straightforward and highly effective. The communication was clear from the start, with timely updates and a well-structured format that made each stage smooth and stress-free
Was placed through an agency. Had one in person interview that was based mostly on cultural fit. You will potentially be in a client facing role and speaking directly with high net worth clients. They want to make sure you can represent the financial advisors and Wells Fargo well.

There weren't really technical questions because this position requires a Series 7 exam. It's mostly about getting along with the financial advisors who are hiring you. They want to know if you will be good to work with.
