First I have applied through the career site of Wellsfargo.
I got a call to have discussion over phone for 1st techinical round. It took around 1 and half hour to complete.
2nd round is techno managerial and last for 40 min discussion.
3rd is HR round over telephonic.
I have completed all the rounds and here comes the twist.
HR said you are about to relieve on couple of days and we need a candidate who is on job role or having notice more than 1 month.
And they will process this offer and joining date would be after 1 month from the offer processed.
How can somebody will expect to have career gap?
More over due to talent crisis other company HR's are expecting to get the candidate joined as soon as possible.
But Wellsfargo is opposite of it. I disappointed due to this HR policy.

Questions on Spring DI, Spring Data, Spring Boot, Exception handling using AOP, Transaction management, As disclosed in resume.
There were 2 rounds of interview, They have asked basic of Java, Javascript and Json. If you are Full stack developer you have been asked with some questions in microservice, Kafka and Redis

Entrevista
The interview had 4 rounds
1. Online Assessment
2. Online Interview
3. Managerial Interview
4. Inperson interview as per their policy
5. Online HR round (compensation discussion)
Their compensation team did not consider RSU though it is part of CTC and HR tried to lowball. They were not ready to negotiate the compensation at all and were giving 50% hike on the base.
Even though I was earning more than what they offered me.
I declined as I did not like the behaviour of HR.
I would suggest them ask the expectations earlier and if they dont have the budget dont proceed with interview and waste candidates time.
