Entrevista
They use the behavioral interview process which is streamlined and uniformed across the board. The interviewers make the process less nerve racking and more relaxed. The interview was well organized and added value to the entire recruiting process.

Entrevista
Applied as an internal candidate so process is probably a bit more streamlined. Completed pre-screen type of interview with Recruiter first, and then interviewed with the Branch Manager and District Manager.
Interview questions were standard STAR format, which is really just Situation, the Action I took, and the Result from me taking that action. When you think about it that way, it makes answering those type of questions much easier.
Also my experience was more relaxed on my end because I’ve been with the company for 7 years, so I was confident in what I needed to say and how I said it.
