Entrevista
interview process took long. But questions were easy
first round went well
in second round the interviewer who came was extremely rude.
he was not allowing me to answer questions. My impression about the company was really bad. I thought from the outset that the company is filled with autocrats. the way he was rudely asking me questions and not listening for the answers didn't put a good impression on me. He was not asking me questions he was interrogating me as if he had some sense of superiority over me. God knows how employees work in such an autocratic system. I don't know why people in wells Fargo look so angry. It seems like there is a training given in the company to be rude and look foolish

No point in knowing the question because in second round they wont let you answer

1 round telephonic technical discussion, interviewer seemed to be fixated on certain java concepts with no willingness to hear, seemed to be reiterating my points while not acknowledging that I was saying the same. I was interviewing for Java Microservcies role, however dont believe he had much idea about the tech stack he was supposed to interview me on. Threw me a few algorithm questions too, a couple of which I could straightforward point out solutions to, was stuck on a tough one, mind you a telephonic one, and he wanted things to be fast. Pathetic experience, expected better from Wells Fargo brand.
Not a usual rant, just wanted to point out that interviewer should either be familiar with the profile they want to hire for or atleast have the capability to keep an open mind.
