The employer met me at the front of the building and had me fill out some additional paperwork, we then preceded to the interview, the interview lasted about 2 hours and I was offered the job on the spot.

Where do you see yourself in the nursing position in the next five years?
Very relaxed. Nurse manager was relaxed and easy to talk to. She gave me a tour of the facility which is stunning, and sat down with me for twenty minutes.
