The nurse manager was friendly, fair with her questions. The process was comfortable, easy, very laid back. All the employees at the site were very welcoming as well. I went into the interview nervous, as usual, but relaxed quickly. All the questions were very straightforward and expected. During the meet-and-greet with the other staff, everyone was very informative and willing to answer any questions that I had.

First statement told to me was salary range. No negotiation was allowed. I was disheartened by this method of recruiting as it rules out qualified people. I would love to work there.
