I attended an assessment day for a Marketing Apprentice role, The day was easy and enjoyable. Interviewers were friendly and made me feel comfortable. The process was engaging and well-organised and overall it was a positive experience.

Very poor process, communication poor interviewer didn’t seem interested at all. At the end of the interview I had a vibe there was never a job in the first place and was a box ticking exercise.

They sit you down in the seating area, and give you a 2 pieces of paper with questions on that you have to write the answer to. For example, “what makes good customer service?”, and you have to answer that. Then they will come back and ask you for your availability and proof of the right to work. Barely spend any time talking to the person who’s interviewing you which I didn’t like.
