The interview process for the Summer Human Resources position was a thorough, multiple step process that I believe truly gauged a candidate's suitability for the position.
After submitting my application, I was followed up with an interest email to schedule a low stakes phone call with the wonderful recruiter to discuss the process moving forward. After the phone call, I then completed a video interview the team reviewed. I was not the biggest fan of the video interview format but completely understand why I was asked to complete it. Once the video interview was completed, I participated in a formal interview with multiple Human Resources teams members. I felt incredibly comfortable and welcomed during the process.
Each step allowed candidates to showcase different skill sets and fully communicate what kind of employee they are. I appreciated the team's professionalism, insightful questions, and organization. Wedgewood highlighted thorough communication through their frequent phone calls to check in and clarify the process as well as promptly responding to emails with any questions a candidate may have had.
I could not recommend this company enough. I had a wonderful interview experience with Wedgewood.
