Initial recruiter call, take home assignment, call with hiring manager, then ~5 interviews technical (system design) and behavioral over the course of two days. Recruiter was super helpful in prepping me for everything ahead and everything felt very fair!

I had spoken to the a few recruiters over a year ago but decided not to move forward in the interview process due to the stress of the new pandemic. Recruiter reached out to me about a year later and seemed enthusiastic to talk and showed that during our phone call. We had a good chat and she promised to send additional information related to what we’d talked about. After a few days of not hearing anything, I sent an email to follow up and got radio silence.
