I submitted my application online and then received an email a few days later asking when a good time to set up a phone call with HR would be. The next week I had a phone interview which lasted only a few minutes and I am still currently waiting to hear back.

The interview process consisted of a phone conversation with the recruiter and then an zoom interview with a couple of people in management. It went pretty decently, but I could tell pretty early on that they weren't interested in my candidacy.
