First- call with HR about background, info about the role. Second- video call with hiring manager (more info about the role, discussion of resume specifics). Third- video call with hiring manager and a few folks on the team (some market sizing questions, general chat about team culture etc). All went well but no response or any communication at all after final stage? Lacking communication from recruiter/HR left a bad taste in my mouth.
