First, it was a phone screen with HR, then an interview with potential boss, interview with head of the department, full day of in-person interviews, then negotiating on offer and signing bonus.

Very friendly people, clear interview process. Seemed like it would be a great place to work. They have a very nice office with a very nice view and it is in a very good location.
Fairly straightforward and easy process met form an informal and friendly chat which put me at ease although it was late to start overall OK. Follow up was that I should consider joining a different team

Process was straightforward and consisted of several rounds with various team members and a writing test. Asked a lot about specific experience managing clients, coming up with campaigns, and helping junior staff develop.
