The written section of the first round interviewing after they reviewed applications was not bad at all, just general personal questions and the recruiter or contact person was quick to communicate via email. Very nice and professional.

Hiring manager reached out with a written interview form that was 10 mostly open-ended questions, and said "I look forward to reading your responses and will follow up with you after reviewing them to schedule a phone interview." I filled them out, it took about 60-90 minutes, but about a week later, the manager came back and said I wouldn't be moving on to the next round. That was very misleading to me.

Entrevista
The interview process was quite intense. I applied online and then was contacted by the company for an initial phone interview. The interviewer primarily asked about my previous writing experience. I was then asked to complete six sample blog posts on a variety of random topics related to marketing that emulated on-the-job assignments. These assignments had a week-long deadline and the company provided some compensation for my time, which I think speaks to the integrity of WebFX. After completing these assignments, I was asked to revise a couple of the sample pieces. After this, I had another phone interview at which time I was made an offer.
