The interview process very the longest I have ever experienced. It lasted slightly over 5 weeks. I wouldn't say it was hard necessarily, but it was extremely time consuming. I got to the very last round of the process. They did ask for feedback but they asked very early on (too early). I would recommend that the company either ask at each stage of interviewing candidates, or they should wait until the end of the process. I don't feel that I was able to give the most detailed/helpful feedback because of being asked very early on. I also think considering how much time the candidate invests in the process that the company should offer feedback upon request to the applicant to help them improve. I definitely felt a little slighted by the end of my experience. I'd also reccomend that the interviewers give their undivided attention to the candidates. It was virtual, which is why I think it's imperative to have people be very present with their video and audio on at all times. It makes the applicant feel like their time is valued and gives the person a chance to connect with the interviewers.
