Four interviews: One phone screen, one problem solving, one based on experience and then final round was in office with five different staff, one after the other. This final round was lengthy, about three hours. It was all very friendly and conversational. Clearly company culture focussed.

The problem solving interview involved out of the box thinking.

Phase 1: interview witrh HR. Phase 2: three interviews in a row with VP, Events Manager and two producers. The process was always very professional, the approach was polite and clear.

Ridiculous - berated my experience during the interview. Made comments coughing under her breath - not sure why I was called in, felt weirdly personal. The worst interview I have ever done.
