I really enjoyed the thorough interview process. It was long, but gave me great insight as to what to expect and prepare for. I was able to practice what my job would require, but also take a look at the job on site. The energy was great!

They skipped the phone interview for me, which I thought was a good sign. Went to their office in Lehi, got there early as per usual when it come to interviews. Next was the interview, was interviewed by one gentleman, who seemed really nice and laid back. Halfway through another guy came in. Interviewed for about 30 minutes. I spent the next 30 to 45 minutes waiting for an Executive to show up to ask me some questions. A day later they emailed me saying that they think someone else would be able to ramp up faster and that they need someone with more customer service experience. Culture may be the thing that look for but they require customer service experience for a Sales Rep I feel like I was also baiting into being lax and laid back like my personality shows, but I think they used that against me in the interview, weird tactic.
