You interview with a few different people on the team. You start with the VP of the company and she asks more about who you are as a person and more questions on the business side. Then you meet with the head engineer and go over your resume and he may ask a few technical questions. Then you meet with the president and he will ask you more theoretical questions about engineering and projects.

Entrevista
The interview process was unnecessarily long. I had to have 2 initial phone calls. The first was with two people that I never really worked with and they also seemed to be unsure why they were interviewing me. The second phone call was with the "hiring manager". The in person interview was just as bad. Multiple interviews with several different people, then I had to give a presentation and they only emailed me the night before to tell me about it. Very unorganized and it seemed they were trying to be intimidating.
