A recruiter from CyberCoders got me an interview. The interview went great from my point of view. I was a perfect fit for the position. The next day I got a no thanks email from the recruiter. I asked for feedback, but they ignored me. It would have been nice to know where things went wrong.

Describe TinyURL and the flow of entering a URL in the form to getting a shorter URL response on the page. (I assumed this was the system design portion of my interview).

Entrevista
First round was a screen with the recruiter. Second round is a 45 minute technical interview with the hiring manager. This contained one easy rank algorithm question, a couple behavioral questions, and a short system design overview.
First interview is cultural interview with hiring manager. It also included a simple algorithmic problem solving portion.
If that goes well, there is a ~2 hour panel interview with the hiring team and some in-house programming puzzles meant to replicate an actual project.
