Entrevista
After applying over LinkedIn, I was called the next day by their recruiter. I was had a short conversation with the recruiter over the phone and was immediately scheduled for an in-person interview the following week. The interview process was broken down into three parts where I met separately with three different individuals. Two gentlemen who were VPs and one gentlemen who was in the similar role I was applying for. Interview was very easy and I felt extremely confident coming out.

The interview process was fantastic. The hiring manager was extremely quick, friendly, and thorough. She made sure she was always following up on things and was a real pleasure to deal with. I found the job on LinkedIn and applied to the job via the company's website. I got a call later that day and set up a phone interview for the day later. A few days after that, I had an in-person interview with a few people who I'd be working with. I got an offer a few days after but ultimately decided that the position was not right for me at the time.

I was a little bit leery about applying for the job because of the negative reviews on Glassdoor. Also, the job has been posted for a VERY long time, which is a bad sign because I suspected they were having a difficult time filling the position. In fact, the job posting was "sponsored" on Indeed, which is usually a bad sign that a company is desperately trying to hire people. However, I decided to take a risk and apply for the position. 1). I saw the job posted on Indeed. I applied online. 2). About a week later, I received an email confirmation to do a phone interview. The phone interview only lasted about 30 minutes. Very straightforward questions. Very professional. 2). About a week week later, I had an in-person interview. As soon as I walked through the door, I got a negative vibe - something just didn't seem right. Some employees didn't give me any eye contact or quickly looked away. The interview itself was OK. Nothing out of the ordinary. Interviewed by 2 people. However, I felt HR was a little cold for my taste. Also, I just couldn't shake this bad feeling I had about the work environment. My gut was telling me not to work here. They offered me the position, but I politely turned them down.
