Initial Phone Screening - 30mins with a recruiter in Berlin: - the interview was concise and casual - focused on personal traits and general experience - the interviewer was kind, considerate and personable - genuinely a very nice chat - you can tell they like to employ empathetic people Email corresdonence securing a more formal video chat interview. 1st Interview - 30mins with area manager on Video Chat - again very lovely and personable chat - some more in-depth work related questions and again a bit of personality vetting (not in an intense way at all) - the interviewer kept everything light/casual but still professional and thorough - really positive conversation with another empathetic person I had set up an in-person interview but was subsequently offered another role elsewhere. I highly considered continueing the process with WeWork as everything so far was extremely positive, but ultimately the other offer was far too good to turn down. I sent an email to thank them for the opportunity and apologise for having to cancel, and the response was again kind, understanding and professional wishing me the best in my new role.
