Entrevista
I applied directly to WeWork (London). I had my Zoom interview scheduled. I showed up on time, waited 20 minutes, unlike the recruiter who didn’t show up at all, nor did she reach out to reschedule. I received an automated rejection email from WeWork two weeks later which I found ironic and ridiculously unprofessional. I do think I dodged a bullet and their amateur recruiter did me a real favour - the community manager reviews in London are terrible. Thank you Glassdoor reviewers!

Initial fielding call with the talent agent, followed by three separate follow-up interviews with various levels of management and concluding with a final comprehensive interview conducted by the local on-site team.
The interview process is very long and time taking and it takes about 2-3 months to get completed. They have about 5-7 interview rounds hierarchy wise starting from the direct manager or colleague to the top management
