Really hammered on trying to get a salary number from me. After the old back and forth, first one to name a number loses the salary range was pretty low considering the immense job description.

Whats your current salary? What salary are you looking for? We really need to know your salary requirement? In order to move forward we have to have a number? For the interview to go any further we need a salary range from you?
