So they start with a phone interview which is normal, then I had a second phone interviews days later with the Chief of Staff. Finally offered an in person interview which was at their main location. Everyone literally just sits where ever they want. There are no desks or anything like that. It just seems like they only hire people who are under 30. It seems they are the type of company who wants a 25 year old with 10 years of experience. I think they could do a little improving with their recruiters
