First had a phone screening with a recruiter. Then met with potential supervisor of the team. Very conversational. Interviewer asked about past experience and why I wanted to work at WeWork. We also discussed role descriptions and expectations and culture.

I had an initial call with HR but there was no follow-up. I do not think this was a real position. The call was quick, the representative was friendly, the questions were boilerplate.

There were three rounds and one best part is the interviews were on time. What I don’t appreciate is the fact that the company is very political in its approach. They wasted my hours and I’m quite certain that it’s just a gimmick to que up candidates and seek comp news and not recruit them. No reason/feedback shared for not hiring.
