I had a total of four interviews with various levels of employees at WeWork. Shortly after applying I received an email asking if I would be available for an Google Meetup phone interview. This was a basic screening - they asked questions to find out a bit more about you and what you know about WeWork. Two hours later I received an email inviting me to the next interview with the Community Director. This second interview was an one hour long in person interview. Questions were direct and easy to follow, however sometimes similar e.g. "what is your greatest strength?" followed directly by "what is your super power?". Two hours later I received an email inviting me to a day at a WeWork location later that week. My third interview was with the Community Manager. We had a quick chat, where after she took me on a tour of the facilities. I was asked some basic questions where after she tested my knowledge on the role of a Community Lead. For this interview you are encouraged to ask as many questions as you can. This was a bit difficult as I already asked many questions in my previous interviews. But you have to show that you're interested in the inner workings of the company. I then had the opportunity to work with the Community Associate, helping her with her duties. You have to help potentially members by answering questions, help members when they are experiencing some difficulties, allow access to certain areas, manage check-ins, help with mail/ package collection and chat with members about their companies. Two days later I was invited to my final interview with the General Manager. This was a 30 min casual chat about who I am as a person; very easy going interview. It was a very good experience. At the end of this interview he announced that he and everyone else I interacted with gives a thumbs up and I received an offer from WeWork later that afternoon. I can only say that I had an EXCELLENT experience thus far with WeWork.
