Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en WeWork (New York, NY)
Entrevista
I applied online and I got a response from a recruiter saying they wanted to do a phone screen. Shortly after that, I got another email saying they wanted to do a tech screen and a recruiting call back to back. I should have known at that time things were gonna get messy.
Following that, I had to request and confirm with the now different recruiter the times I would be interviewing at. On the day of the interview, the interviewer was 30 minutes late, only after I prompted the recruiter to remind them of my interview. The engineer interviewing me brushed off the fact that he was 30 minutes late and merely said he didn't check his calendar. The whole interview was basically a wash and it seemed like he was doing it just because he was required. There wasn't an ounce of interest or engagement.
